INTRO TO WOODWORKING

Satisfies graduation requirement in Practical Arts

This course will provide students with basic woodworking skills.  Topics to be covered will be machine safety, wood types, jigs and fixtures, joinery, and material prep.  This course will be hands-on project based.  The skills learned are not only fun to learn and highly useful in everyday life, but extremely marketable within the job community.
