    Satisfies graduation requirement in Physical Education

     

    This course is a semester course for 11th and 12th graders which meets every other day.  The course takes an in-depth look at strength and conditioning for athletes.  Topics included are speed, strength, power, Olympic lifts, plyometrics, agility, and enhanced testing pre-and post-semester.  A strong emphasis is placed on correct technique and form for all areas that are taught.
