    Prerequisite:  Algebra 2 H with a course grade of 83% or higher and passed the Algebra 2 Regents Exam

    Satisfies graduation requirement in Mathematics

    College Pre-Calculus H will prepare the student for the study of Calculus.  College Pre-Calculus H examines the topics covered in Pre-Calculus in greater depth, specifically Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry.  Students will perform calculations and graphing operations on a graphing utility.  Students will take a local mid-term exam in January and a local final exam in June.  Students may opt to earn four (4) units of credit for this course through SUNY Erie at a reduced tuition rate.  Course credits are generally transferable to most colleges and universities throughout the country as long as the student maintains at least a 70% average.
