Request for Transportation Application
New! Transportation requests for private, parochial or charter schools will be submitted through the Family Connection platform.
All resident students who attend private, parochial or charter schools are now required to register with the district annually prior to April 1, through ACSD Family Connection platform, in order to receive transportation, school-based services and update student information on file. Please read the information on the ACSD registration section, Register to Attend a Private, Parochial or Charter School, for instructions on account creation.
According to State Education Law, each incoming and returning student who requests transportation must register with the ACSD prior to April 1, 2021 for the 2021-2022 school year.

Request for Special Transportation to Alternate Address
Applications for requesting an alternate drop off are available for the 2021-22 school year. Applications are due prior to July 1, 2021. This form is for alternate address for day care/caregiver drop off only.
All students requiring transportation to an address other than their home address, including day care locations, must submit an application.
Please note the terms for alternate transportation on the application specifically #8 noting this may take up to 10 business days to process. For your child's safety, you must make alternate accommodations until the new bus route is assigned. The parent or guardian must sign this form to be put into effect.
