Project Grant Application

    The 2018-19 Project Grant Application (Word doc format)

    The primary purpose of the PTSA Project Grant is to support special projects that enhance an area of educational interest impacting students. Projects that cannot be funded through the school budget and that impact the most students will be given priority. Individuals or groups (faculty, staff, administrators, and parents) may submit applications. However, all applicants must be current members of the Amherst MS/HS PTSA.

    Eligible projects and costs would include classroom projects, consultants, field trips, materials, specialized equipment, student seminars/workshops, and auditorium programs.

    The maximum award amount is $500 and applications will be accepted during the school year at any time.  All reimbursements must be submitted prior to June 10, 2019.  All project grant monies must be expended by the end of the current school year. All purchases must be made with tax exemption as taxes will not be reimbursed.

    The Grant Committee would like the application sent electronically (Word or pdf file) to the e-mail address on the application form with a copy sent to the building principal.
