Coach's Corner - Modified

  • Announcements

Due to anticipated bad weather on Tuesday, October 18th and poor field conditions, I am going to cancel practice.

We will have our last practice on Wednesday and it will be Wacky Wednesday. Wear your craziest outfit and/or Halloween costume to practice. Please bring sneakers and get ready to have some fun!

We do not have practice on Thursday (I have a school meeting) and we are away at Iroquois on Friday.

Monday (10/24) will be our last game home versus Starpoint. I will collect all uniforms and equipment after the game.

Tuesday (10/25) will be our team party in my classroom (131). More details soon!

    About Modified Field Hockey

I am excited about your interest in field hockey! It is an amazing sport that balances speed, endurance, agility and power. In order to tryout, it is NOT necessary to know how to play. I will teach you all of the needed skills and will help improve your overall level of fitness. The purpose of a modified program is to teach the fundamental skills athletes will need for JV/Varsity, while developing the responsibility to thrive as a student athlete. I look forward to another great season! Go Tigers!
