• Technical Support Teams

    ACSD has two teams to support teachers, students, and parents as we engage in teaching and learning in a virtual space with Google Classroom.

    • Technical Support Team -This team will support faculty, students, and parents/guardians with device or connectivity issues only if students are working on our assigned ACSD Chromebooks. The Technical Support Team will  be available M-F 8-4 to answer questions when contacted through the process below. We ask that the process below is followed so that we streamline requests and can monitor the volume of questions and our staffing needs.

    • Instructional Technology Support Team- This team will assist faculty, students, and parents/guardians while learning through the Google Classroom platform. 

    If you are in need of any assistance from either team, please follow the steps below. We ask that you follow the process below so that we streamline requests and can monitor the volume of questions.

      • Send an email to amhersthelpdesk@amherstschools.org
        • This will generate a helpdesk support ticket and will be assigned to a technician. All tickets will be answered within 1-2 hours of submitting them.

        • Student Name/Grade Level or Staff Name
        • Call back number
