    1 Unit

Prerequisite:    Design & Innovation for Industry (DDP) (Intro to Woodworking recommended)

Satisfies graduation requirement in Practical Arts

Students will learn about manufacturing processes, product design, robotics, and automation. Students further develop their knowledge and skills of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing to produce products using a Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Router. This course culminates with a capstone project where students design, build, program, and present a product created from their manufacturing systems model.
