LEGAL NOTICE: ANNUAL FIRE INSPECTION 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that this information is provided to comply with the requirements of New York State Education Law Section 807-a(5)(b) and (c), as follows:  Notice is hereby given that the annual inspection for the 2025-2026 school year of the High School, Middle School, Smallwood Drive School and Windermere Boulevard School of the Amherst Central School District for fire hazards which might endanger the lives of students, teachers and employees therein has been completed, and the report thereof is available at the office of Mark Rampado, Director of Facilities, at Amherst Central School District, 55 Kings Highway, Amherst, New York 14226 (362-8151) for inspection by all interested persons.
