The bright yellow paper Fan tas Taco food truck replica outside the Entrepreneurship classroom was the first clue that a unique project was happening inside.

Mrs. Evans' Entrepreneurship students were given a project to create a food truck and a marketing plan for the food truck. They also created a menu in Microsoft Publisher. The kids then celebrated their work by presenting their projects. The food truck is called Fan Tas TACO, Taco In a bag!

To support and celebrate the project, Mrs. Evans created a gigantic food truck on the wall in the hall outside her room. She brought in taco fixings for all the students. A memorable way to celebrate their learning from reading "The Lemonade Stand" book and applying the principles from the book and the marketing principles learned in the class!
