Andy Parker's Weather Machine Brings Sunshine & Clouds Indoors

It was sunny and cloudy in the auditorium at Windermere Boulevard when Ch. 7 meteorologist Andy Parker brought his Weather Machine to school. In two performances; one for grades K-2, another for grades 3-5, he brought weather concepts to life by simulating snowfall, clouds, sunshine, high winds of a tornado and static electricity. Students were called onstage to blow up a weather balloon and go into his Weather Machine.

The school won the visit by having the community vote online in November.
