Third-graders in Mrs. Strefeler and Mrs. DeMarco’s class listened to a story online called Carla’s sandwich.  The main character, Carla, brings weird sandwiches to school, her classmates have plenty to say about them. “That’s sick!” says Leslie. “That’s disgusting!” says Natie. But Carla thinks otherwise. “It’s unique. It’s creative.” - Just like Carla.

The students were then asked to come up with their own creative sandwiches to make while at home and share on our remind app so we all could enjoy each individual's unique food!
