Gymnast Vanessa Bloomfield represents Amherst Central High School as she competes with the Williamsville South gymnastics team. She has qualified for sectionals in all four events; the uneven parallel bars, the balance beam, vault and floor exercise. She next competes on Oct. 26 against the combined Sweet Home-Kenmore team at Kenmore Middle School at 5 p.m. Vanessa is a freshman at ACHS.
