Aspen Parent Portal:The District uses its Aspen Student Information System and Aspen Parent Portal to communicate important academic and safety related information to the parents/guardians of our students. Parents who do not have an Aspen Parent Portal account or have forgotten your login ID and/or password, contact your child’s school or District Office Support - Lisa Sommer, 362-3046.
Aspen will be used for:
Text messaging as an ACSD emergency/important notification (i.e. emergency closing). If you are interested in opting in to receive emergency notifications via text, make sure that one or more of the phone numbers you provide on the Student Contact Data form in September is for a mobile device. In late August, classroom placements for UPK - Grade 5 are posted on the Parent Portal. A notification will be sent via email when placements are available on the portal.
In late August, district busing drop off, pick-up times, and location will be distributed through the Aspen Parent Portal and your personal email. If you have any questions regarding transportation services, please call 716-362-3035.
